Roots in the Swiss Watch Industry More than 60 years ago Outils Rubis manufactured their first tweezers for the Swiss watch industry. Only the most precise instruments of the highest quality could be used to assemble delicate mechanical clockworks. Hence, a tradition of craftsmanship with a keen awareness of functional precision and aesthetic form was born. Origin of the name The Rubis name was derived from the Swiss watch makers who used these precision tweezers to place the ruby stones into watch movements and so they naturally and simply called them Rubis tweezers. Refunds and Exchanges If you are not happy with your purchase, LMCProducts will exchange it or refund your money. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at products@rubistweezers.comto get a Return Authorization Number. If possible, use the same packaging your order arrived in. We will not be able to refund your money for the items damaged due to the improper packaging. We will refund you the price of the items plus applicable taxes after they have been received in resalable condition.
